Every shoot includes:

All shoots includes a sitting fee, a hair and make-up change per look, 1 lightly re-touched pose per look and a CD of the NEGATIVES!  Photos may be printed in color and B&W.  You may also change accessories within a look.

Who may attend:
You may bring one or both parents or one chaperone. Children under 18 must have a chaperone at all times! We do not allow friends or siblings at a shoot unless they are scheduled close to you. This helps us stay organized and focused and keeps your attention on the camera.

Clothing, hair & make-up:
Bring way more clothes, props and accessories than are necessary. Make sure they are ironed and in good condition. We will help you choose the best outfits for your shoot. You do not need to bring make-up or hair products. Arrive 10 minutes early with hair in rollers if you want curls or pageant hair. If you want a commercial look arrive with clean dry hair. Do not arrive with make-up on or wet hair.  I will provide backdrops.  If you want a very specific background bring 2 yards of coordinating fabric per outfit that you would like to use as a back drop.

Refund and cancellation policy
If you cancel or miss your appointment time you will forfeit your deposit.  If you are unhappy with your photos or hair and make-up for any reason you must inform the photographer or the shoot coordinator with in 24 hours and they will discuss it with you.  If the problem is technical or due to the photography then you will need to return the photos along with the negatives at that time to receive a re-shoot.  Every effort will be made to re-shoot them immediately.  If the schedule for the shoot does not allow it you may use your credit at another shoot or in the Bellingham Studio.
